Effective immediately, the Fairfax Bridge on Highway 165 in Washington State has been temporarily closed.

Reason for Closure: Recent inspections have revealed structural concerns that require urgent attention. In order to safeguard all travelers and the community, local authorities and the State Department of Transportation have decided to close the bridge for necessary repairs and maintenance. This proactive measure ensures that any potential hazards are mitigated and that future use of the bridge is safe.
